1. Develop and expand customer base for energy storage systems in the new energy sector, ensuring achievement of annual sales targets.
2. Proactively lead cross-department collaboration to address clients' non-standard customization needs, accurately conveying requirements and ensuring timely implementation.

Qualifications:

Position: Quality Supervisor – Energy Storage Systems
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the establishment and continuous optimization of the ISO9001 quality management system, including oversight during implementation.
2. Design and improve quality management processes and methods to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy.
3. Develop practical inspection standards for incoming materials, in-process controls, and finished products to ensure strict quality control at all stages.
4. Analyze quality anomalies during production, implement immediate corrective actions, and develop long-term prevention plans to ensure issue closure.
5. Manage customer complaints by identifying root causes of internal and external quality issues, and coordinate cross-functional corrective actions.
6. Conduct weekly reviews of material quality, process stability, and customer complaints; establish a follow-up mechanism and organize monthly quality review meetings.
7. Anticipate potential quality risks in new product development based on process knowledge and past experience, and implement preventive measures to reduce production-side issues.
8. Organize internal and external quality system audits, track audit findings, and oversee corrective actions to ensure full compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Material Forming, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in quality system management within the new energy industry.
3. Strong knowledge of energy storage product manufacturing processes and quality standards; excellent blueprint interpretation skills and ability to identify key quality control points.
4. Proficient in quality tools such as the 7 QC tools, 5 Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and 8D problem-solving methodology; proven experience in driving quality improvements.
Position: Electrical Engineer – Energy Storage Systems
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the complete electrical design process of lithium battery energy storage systems, including documentation, review, and archiving.
2. Participate in design reviews, develop technical workflows, and prepare/release electrical documentation.
3. Estimate and optimize electrical costs while ensuring performance and quality improvement.
4. Deliver tailored energy storage system designs for various applications and address integration challenges.
5. Monitor customer systems and promptly resolve technical after-sales issues.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Storage, or related fields.
2. 1+ years of experience in energy storage system design and development.
3. CET-4 or above; able to independently draft technical documents in English.
4. Proficient in BOM, SOP, and engineering drawing preparation and revision.
5. Familiar with the characteristics of various energy storage devices and the basic principles of BMS and PCS.
6. Skilled in at least one design software (e.g., CAD, SOLIDWORKS, Pro/E).
Position: Structural Engineer – Energy Storage Systems
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the structural design of lithium battery energy storage systems, including 2D engineering drawings and BOM documentation.
2. Oversee prototype trial production and assembly; assist in structural design, system testing, and validation.
3. Be responsible for the mold processing connection after the drawings are sent to mold vendors, and support structural optimization and related external collaboration.
4. Prepare patent applications, D/P FMEA, SOPs, and maintain technical specifications, standards, and TS system documents.
5. Follow up on DV/PV testing, system installation, and debugging processes; resolve issues promptly.
6. Propose design improvement suggestions during the engineering sample, trial production, and mass production phases.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, Tooling, or related disciplines.
2. 2+ years of experience in structural design of industrial, commercial, or containerized energy storage systems (air-cooled or liquid-cooled).
3. Familiar with high-voltage electrical characteristics and insulation design; basic electrical knowledge is required.
4. Solid understanding of sheet metal, plastic, die casting, and stamping processes and material properties.
5. Proficient in CAD and at least one 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, UG, Pro/E).
6. Able to work independently under system development standards for battery systems, including design verification and process implementation.
